The anchor hash a14db0e7 is a design-mode placeholder. review.review demonstrates the commitment-ledger mechanic today; public-chain anchoring goes live in Phase 2.

When Phase 2 ships, this page will render the on-chain provenance for the commitment: the transaction that pinned the artifact hash, the block height, the timestamp, and a link to an independent explorer anyone can audit.
